DESCRIPTION:

Founded in 1957, Superior Group offers a wide range of complementary workforce and productivity solutions that are organized into three categories: people, process and project outsourcing. Not just offering an off-the-shelf solution, Superior builds strong partnerships with clients and works with them to create a customized offering.

Superior’s people services include contract and direct staffing, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and payroll services. Its process services enhance productivity, compliance and cost savings through managed service programs (MSPs) for contingent workers, independent contractors and SOW vendors using Superior’s proprietary vendor management system (VMS), Work Nexus®. Superior’s outsourcing solutions include CAD, human resources, risk management, recruitment, and IT outsourcing.

“In the next five years, there will be a shift in the way candidates seek open positions and the way recruiters identify talent. With wide adoption of social media channels, people are developing different search habits and job seekers have grown networks that stretch across industries,” said Tony Southerlan, account executive. “Large job boards have just begun to pick up on this shift, and are undergoing a large shift in strategy and identity. We excel at recognizing these trends, and through creative strategies, stay one step ahead of the competition, which provides positive benefits to our clients.”
