Entrepreneurs wear many hats: from “Chief Cook” to “Bottle Washer.” At Meehle Law, its experienced staff is here for you, no matter the nature of your business, or how many hats you wear. Legal advice for small business is their only business.
Attorney Suzanne Meehle is a self-described “serial entrepreneur,” and she has a special place in her heart for small business owners. Before she became an attorney, she had already owned a catering business and a technology consulting firm. Upon graduation from law school, she joined a big law firm, working with small businesses to large corporate clients. Soon, though, that restless entrepreneurial spirit rose up inside her, and she left “big law” to open her own law firm.
Today, she focuses her practice solely on the legal needs of people like herself: the creators, inventors, idea generators, employers and moneymakers of the world – small business owners and operators.
Meehle Law is competent, knowledgeable and experienced in handling a variety of matters facing small business owners and entrepreneurs. Whether you need help selecting the right business entity for your company, securing copyright or trademark, drafting or reviewing contracts with employees, vendors and/or customers, or representation in the courtroom or the boardroom, they’ve got you covered. Their goal is to help you avoid legal issues by making the best decisions at the outset, but will not abandon you should you ever find yourself in a position of needing to defend your company’s interests in court.
The firm understands that what may be a routine part of our day—dealing with legal matters—may not be a routine part of your day. “We want to be a trusted member of your team, someone you can call on at any time, regarding any legal matter in your business,” Meehle said. “Let Meehle Law be your business’ legal department.”
