KISSIMMEE, Fla. – July 14, 2017 – Moss has been awarded a $28 million contract to build Osceola County’s newest middle school, which will serve 1,408 student stations from sixth through eighth grade.
The new middle school will be located near Harmony High School at 3671 Arthur J Gallagher Blvd. in St. Cloud on approximately 33 acres. The campus will include a two-story academic building that contains the administration offices, media center, kitchen, multi-purpose room, 1,408 student stations, a one-story, 800-seat gymnasium building, two retention ponds, multi-purpose field with track, baseball field, basketball courts and protected wetlands.

Moss will start the 17-month construction project of the 160,854-square-foot facility in early 2018.
Designed by Schenkelshultz Architecture, the building construction will consist of concrete tilt wall panels, a steel structure and low slope roofs.
