Matchmaking Program Connects Local Firms with Established Companies

The Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC) is partnering with Orange County, the Orlando Tech Association, Orlando Sentinel, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, Echo Interaction Group and Orlando Trep to bring the first ever Florida TechMatch. This B2B matchmaking event will be held immediately following the 2016 Orange County Economic Summit.

The Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC) is partnering with Orange County, the Orlando Tech Association, Orlando Sentinel, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, Echo Interaction Group and Orlando Trep to bring the first ever Florida TechMatch.

This B2B matchmaking event will be held immediately following the 2016 Orange County Economic Summit. Florida TechMatch is a tech meet-up pairing emerging companies with established corporations to collaborate, innovate and progress ideas with a focus on digital media and tech industries. The Orange County Economic Summit will also feature a competitive analysis of various aspects of Orlando’s economy by Rick Weddle, president & CEO of the Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC) and the annual economic forecast by Sean Snaith, Ph.D., Director of the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Economic Competitiveness.

The deadline to apply for the Florida TechMatch is December 31.
